An implementation specialist will work closely with you throughout the entire implementation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.

The implementation phase spans up to three months. At the end of this period, we will conduct a follow-up to confirm the successful completion of your implementation and facilitate a seamless transition to our support team.

Support services are available to all licensed customers, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST.

Your standard license includes all product features, including any new features introduced during your license term.

Our pricing model is not dependent on the number of users, domains, tenants, or similar factors, offering you flexibility and transparency.

* Please note that if your implementation requirements exceed the allocated 10 hours, additional hours may need to be purchased to accommodate your needs.
